Martina Doleshal is an experienced academic & business leader deeply committed to driving sustainability, regeneration, and innovation across diverse industrial sectors.

Martina has 20 years of experience as a business strategist, futurist, and innovation expert. Drawing on her understanding of natural systems, she is passionate about showing how the principles that sustain life can inspire a transformative, life-centered economic model. She adapts & refines sustainability & innovation frameworks to make them easily usable in diverse organizational settings. She focuses on developing & cultivating employees' and other stakeholders' transformative potential to implement complex sustainability projects across all levels of organizations.

For over 10 years, Martina has been developing the next generation of sustainable leaders by teaching at Presidio Graduate School. Throughout her career, she addressed audiences from classrooms & corporate boardrooms to international conferences in different countries, including China, the Czech Republic, and Poland. She holds an MBA in Sustainable Management, an MSc in Biochemistry and Biotechnology, and is pursuing an MS in Ecological Economics.

In addition to her academic work, Martina is the founder & CEO of Doleshal Consulting Group and Danu Ventures, where she leads efforts to implement ESG strategies & sustainable business innovations for organizations and incubates new ideas for future regenerative businesses.
